The Mosul Studies Center organizes an educational lecture on “The Human Resources System at the Mosul Studies Center – An Introduction to the Types of Work Leave as a Model”

Based on the letter and directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the supervision of the Director of the Mosul Studies Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, the Center held an educational lecture for its employees entitled: “The Human Resources System at the Mosul Studies Center – An Introduction to the Types of Work Leave as a Model.” The lecture was delivered by Ms. Bushra Abdul Karim Thanoon, an employee in the Center’s Administrative Affairs Department, and presented and moderated by Assistant Professor Dr. Hana Jassim Muhammad, a lecturer in the Department of Historical and Social Studies at the Mosul Studies Center. The purpose of this lecture was to encourage and motivate staff to share their administrative experience with younger staff and to introduce them to the nature of their work. The importance of the lecture lies in introducing the Center’s human resources system and its working mechanism through the experiences of experienced and competent administrative staff. The lecture was divided into several topics, organized according to the following context:
– A brief introduction to the lecturer’s career history.
– A brief overview of the nature of the human resources system at the center, from the employee’s joining the job until their retirement.
– An introduction to faculty and staff vacations.
– How employees acquire vacations.
– Types of vacations, divided into:
1. Regular vacation
2. Sick leave
3. Study leave
4. Full-time employee vacation
5. Disability leave
6. Five-year vacation
7. Maternity leave
8. Maternity leave.
