The Administrative Affairs Officer at the Mosul Studies Center Participates in a Workshop on Accountability and Justice Forms
Mr. Mohammed Muslim Khader, the Administrative Affairs Officer at the Mosul Studies Center, participated in a workshop entitled “Discrimination in Accountability and Justice Forms,” which was organized by the Accountability and Justice Subcommittee in cooperation with the Security Permits Office at the University of Mosul on July 17, 2025, in the interview hall at the University of Mosul. The workshop highlighted the differentiation mechanisms adopted in dealing with accountability and justice forms, including their various types, such as retirement positions, the Martyrs’ Foundation, and extension of service. Participants discussed the legal and administrative frameworks governing this differentiation, with a focus on ensuring fairness and transparency in official transactions. Furthermore, the workshop included a presentation of the experiences of employees and institutions involved in form auditing mechanisms. It also reviewed the challenges facing the implementation of these transactions in light of security and legislative controls, contributing to and aligning with the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 16 related to peace, justice, and strong institutions. It also aligns with other goals, such as Goal 10 related to reducing inequalities, and Goal 5 related to gender equality.
