As part of the Mosul Studies Center’s efforts to support scientific research, and under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Nizar al-Dabbagh, the center’s director, the library committee has created a digital version of the rare booklet entitled: (The Project for the Maintenance and Restoration of the Shrine and Mausoleum of Imam Yahya Abu al-Qasim ibn al-Hasan ibn Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib – peace be upon him – A picture of the shrine after reconstruction and maintenance) funded by the generous benefactor Nizar al-Naqib. (Mosul/1999). Prepared by the writer and journalist Khattar Askar.

The digitization of this booklet is part of the center’s efforts to provide digital resources related to its scientific activities. Furthermore, this booklet documents an important period in the history of Islamic shrine architecture during the medieval era, maximizing its benefit for researchers and graduate students who frequent the library, and enhancing the center’s institutional performance. This initiative is part of the center’s activities for October 2025.
