Mosul Studies Center Media Officer Participates in Online Workshop for Website Administrators

As part of the Mosul Studies Center’s efforts, represented by its Director, Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, and in cooperation with the Studies and Planning Department – Sustainable Development Unit/University of Mosul, and in implementation of the University of Mosul’s directives to involve administrative staff in workshops related to the center’s work, Mr. Mohammed Muslim Khader, the Mosul Studies Center’s Media Officer, participated in a specialized workshop organized by the Electronic Computing Center. The workshop, hosted by the Multimedia Languages ​​Lab (Korean), focused on managing Arabic content for the University of Mosul’s websites and their various departments and units. Key topics and sections of the workshop included:

– Technical Standards: Aligning sub-sites with the requirements of the updated version of the university’s official website.

– Technical Management: Explaining data update mechanisms and page organization to ensure smooth information flow.

– Practical Application: Discussing real-world examples to improve the digital structure of university content.

Website administrators have been advised to ensure that news articles adhere to the following guidelines: no more than ten images should be included per article; all images should be taken in a horizontal, panoramic view, showing all beneficiaries collectively; and individual photos should be avoided.

This is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goals 4 and 11.
