As part of the series of discussion sessions held by the Mosul Studies Center in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning – Sustainable Development Unit/University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Maysoun Dhunoun Al-Abaiji presented a summary of her research entitled: Weights and Measures in Mosul during the Islamic Eras. The presentation took place at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, in the presence of faculty members from the Center.

Session Chair: Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh.

Session Rapporteur: Assistant Professor Dr. Arouba Jameel Mahmoud. The presentation covered the research objectives, concept, and contents, and included diverse opinions from faculty members at the Mosul Studies Center, which enriched the research with valuable information and contributed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goals 4, 8, and 11.
