In the presence of faculty members and staff from the College of Agriculture at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waad Ibrahim Khalil, Head of the Peace Capacity Building Department at our Center, delivered an important lecture on confronting social stigma and its impacts. Dr. Khalil also discussed ways to support groups facing social stigma to help protect them from drifting toward deviant or extremist behaviors.
