Peacebuilding and Peaceful Coexistence Center

Today, Sunday 24/11/2024, the training for the We Are the Peace project, implemented by the Center for Peacebuilding and Peaceful Coexistence in cooperation with Al-Noor University, began. More than forty male and female students from both universities participated in the first day of training, which was dedicated to the topic of enhancing resilience to prevent violent extremism. The training was managed by Assistant Professor Dr. Fathi Muhammad Al-   Hayani, Director of the Center, and Professor Dr. Waad Ibrahim Khalil, Head of the Capacity Building Department, with the assistance of Professor Dr. Asmaa Saud Idham and Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Ahmed Fouad. There was a lot of interaction among the students on the first day of the three-day training for the first group of project participants, which consists of 100 male and female students.
