Researcher in the College of Petroleum and Mining Engineering, contributed an Elsevier Book Chapter

Dr. Mohammed Hussin Ahmad Al-Mola, lecturer in the Petroleum and Refining Engineering Department, published a scientific chapter with international researchers group; the chapter entitle:Surface Texture for Geospatial Imaging Printed Product Using 3D Printer TechnologyThis chapter presents three-dimensional models in 3D visualization on the computer screen, which enhances the human understanding of the spatial aspects of a physical environment which is many thematic concerns interact. 3D printing is the potential next step in this direction to enhance the physical enhancement of spatial perspective. Additive manufacturing also referred to as 3D printing and it is a layer-by-layer technique of producing objects directly from a digital model. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of texture on topology landscape that was printed using 3D printing. The scientific chapter above is part of a book under the title:Reference Module in Materials Science and Materials EngineeringInternational Standard Book Number(ISBN): 9780128035818Language: EnglishPublished: 2021https://doi.org/10.1016/B978-0-12-815732-9.00079-6.Elsevier Copyright
