College of Petroleum and Mining Engineering

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, the respected President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ma,an Hassan Abdullah, the respected acting Dean of the College of Petroleum and Mining Engineering. On Tuesday, 10/8/2024, the workshop was held in the Department of Petroleum and Refining Engineering entitled (Code of Conduct and Discipline for University Students).
The workshop aimed to familiarize students with the regulations and laws in force at the university and its affiliated institutions, and to explain acceptable and unacceptable behavior, academically and non-academically. It also touched on introducing the student discipline law in Iraqi universities. And the consequences of not adhering to it were also discussed. The workshop was presented by Dr. Ahmed Abid Al Salam Abed, Head of the Petroleum and Refining Engineering Department and Head of the Student Discipline Committee at the College, along with Assistant Professor Raqeeb Hammadi Rajab, Director of the Student Affairs and Registration Department at the Presidency of the University of Mosul.
