Regional Studies Center held a seminar titled “The Economic Dimension in Turkish-Iranian Relations 2013-2023” on Sunday, February 9, 2025, presented by Assistant Lecturer Fawzi Mohammad Saleh. The research aimed to shed light on the economic relations between Turkey and Iran and the international factors that play a key role in them.

The seminar touched on several main axes. The introductory axis began by reviewing the economic relations between the two countries historically, followed by the first axis, which addressed the issues affecting the Turkish-Iranian rivalry and the details of the conflicts and opportunities that arise as a result of them. The second theme covered the future of economic relations between the two countries, analyzing the challenges and opportunities that may arise in the next decade, and the researcher provided an in-depth analysis of the dimensions of these relations and their impact on the region in light of the global economic and political changes.
