Regional Studies Center at the University of Mosul welcomed, on Thursday morning, 5 February 2026, Dr. Saeed Khdeida Qolo Ali Al-Sajjari, Head of the University’s Human Rights Unit, during an official visit aimed at strengthening scientific and institutional cooperation between the two sides. The meeting discussed a number of joint projects and initiatives designed to promote a culture of human rights within the university environment and the local community, particularly in the areas of awareness-raising, capacity building, and the conduct of specialized research and studies, in addition to organizing seminars and training workshops targeting students and university staff.
