Remote Sensing Center

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Ibrahimy, and under the direct supervision of the Director of the Remote Sensing Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Abdulrahman Ramzi Quba, the Remote Sensing Center organized a specialized workshop entitled “The Mechanism of Calculating Allowances and Promotions as a Foundation for Building a Fair and Transparent Work Environment” on Wednesday, 7 January 2026.

The workshop aimed to provide a clear and comprehensive explanation of the legal and administrative frameworks governing the calculation of employee allowances and promotions within higher education institutions. It also highlighted the mechanisms for implementing these procedures accurately and equitably, ensuring employees’ rights while reinforcing the principles of transparency, accountability, and equal opportunity in the university work environment.
