Participation of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs in a Master’s Thesis Defense

The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Tourism Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Zaid Mohammed Talal Abdulsalam, participated as a member of the examination committee for the defense of a Master’s thesis submitted by the student Amina Falih Ali, entitled: “Management Using Foliar Fertilization and Herbicides and Their Effect on Growth Characteristics and Yield of Bread Wheat and Associated Weeds.”

The defense took place on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the College of Agriculture and Forestry, in an academic atmosphere characterized by constructive scholarly discussion.

This participation aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), which emphasizes advancing scientific research and enhancing the quality of higher education.
