Workshop at the College of Tourism Sciences on Tools that Enable Graduates to Enter the Job Market
Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, Professor Dr Manal Raafat Khalid, the Career Development, Employment, and Follow-up Unit organised a workshop within the framework of the National Strategic Plan for Education and Higher Education (2022–2033), entitled:
“Tools that Enable Graduates to Enter the Job Market.”
The workshop was held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, in one of the college halls. Mr. Saad Muaid, Head of the Career Development, Employment, and Follow-up Unit, attended.
Assistant Lecturer Heba Khalid Bakr from the Department of Hotel Studies presented the session to familiarise students and graduates with the essential tools and skills that help them integrate into the job market and enhance their employability.
The workshop included training on communication skills, CV writing, interview preparation, and understanding local and international labour market requirements.
