PhD scholar, Nadia Sabah Mahmood of Department of Sociology presented a dissertation titled (Morphologic Disfiguration of the City: A Field Study in Mosul after 2003), on August 11th, 2021.Through a diachronic approach, the dissertation focused on the architectural history of Mosul before and after 2003, and the causes of the disfiguration, which affected urbanity and the quality of life.
