Broadening scientific and academic partnerships with international bodies, University of Mosul delegates Assistant Rector for Scientific Affairs Assist. Prof. Dr. Munir Salim Taha, Dean of College of Engineering, and Head of Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations to the meeting of onset of a cooperation program with SPARK foundation of Netherlands, in partnership with Erbil Polytech University. The meeting, which was held in the hall of conferences of the EPU, was attended by the manager of SPARK Foundation, Iraq and the team of the program headed by DR. Firas Deeb.Discussions in the meeting took on the concept, activities and mechanism of the program. Then, the discussions turned around the way in which the program is expected to meet the University’s needs, the specialisms to be covered, and how to broaden the partnership in the future. Later, the University’s delegation met a delegation from the EPU headed by the Rector, Dr. Kawa Sherwani to discuss the ways in which the two universities can cooperate scientifically and academically.
