The Minister of Higher Education Meets the Governor of Wasit and Council Members to Discuss University Support and Institutional Integration

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, held discussions with Wasit Governor Dr. Mohammed Jameel Al-Mayahy and members of the provincial council to explore ways to support university institutions and enhance institutional integration.

The meeting addressed areas of cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and local institutions to achieve developmental goals and advance the role of universities in serving the community.

In a joint press conference, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi emphasized that Wasit Province has established a positive model of collaboration with academic institutions. He also noted that the establishment of a new public university in northern Wasit will expand opportunities to meet developmental requirements and goals.
