The College of Science at the University of Mosul discussed a Master’s thesis on Sunday, February 2, 2025, titled “Study of the Bacteriological and Molecular Characteristics of Pseudomonas spp Isolated from Various Clinical Sources.” The study, presented by the student Fadia Mohammed Mahmoud, aimed to isolate and identify 36 bacterial isolates, study their resistance to antibiotics, virulence genes, bacteriocin production, and perform a phylogenetic analysis.

Attending the discussion were Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University, and Mr. Jamal Abd Sabak, Deputy of Nineveh Governorate.
