The Iraqi Journal of Veterinary Sciences of the College of Veterinary Medicine within the first quarter of 2024, as the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced
the monthly statistics of Iraqi journals in Scopus.

The Iraqi Journal of Veterinary Sciences, in a new leap, showed that the citation metric for the first month of this year rose to 4.1.

The editor-in-chief of the journal is Prof. Dr. Munir Salem Taha, assistant to the university president for scientific affairs.

This distinguished achievement is the result of the continuous and productive efforts of the journal’s editorial board, and its constant endeavor to occupy the high ranks in those repositories.
