The President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, received the Member of Parliament from Nineveh, Mr. Shirwan Al-Duberdani, to discuss coordination mechanisms and facilitate the authentication of certificates by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the presence of the Director of the Certification Office in Nineveh, Mr. Abdullah Fathi Al-Ali, in the presence of the Director of the Certification Office in Nineveh, Mr. Abdullah Fathi Al-Ali.

The meeting emphasized the importance of facilitating the procedures of authentication for graduates abroad, and ensuring the quick completion of transactions in order to achieve a smooth workflow and serve students and graduates.
