In order to increase awareness and intellectual education towards the rejection of extremism among the students of the University of Mosul.

The College of Computer Science and Mathematics, through the Division of Psychological Counseling and Intellectual Guidance and in cooperation with the University Security Center and Nineveh Institutes – Counter Extremism Division, held an educational seminar entitled “Combating Extremism, Rumors and Sedition among Students and Means of Treatment”.
. Today, Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
It was attended by Prof. Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah, Dean of the College, and a number of teachers and students.

The seminar was delivered by the Director of the Anti-Extremism Division at the Nineveh University Security Center. Which focused on the most important foundations and mechanisms that would immunize students against the idea of extremism, violence and behaviors that stir up strife among them in order to have a healthy university community that serves science and education together.
