The University of Mosul begins planting 6135 square meters of its spaces on the occasion of the National Day of Afforestation …

On Wednesday, March 19, 2025, in a wide campaign headed by Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University.

The university’s faculties and research centers participated in planting different types of drought- and heat-resistant trees and plants. Including thuwiyat, fruiting cypress, Albizia and grafted Sidr trees.
