His Excellency the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fakkak Al-Badrani, visited the University of Mosul, where he was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University, where the two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the Ministry and the University in several fields.

The two parties conducted a tour in the university and participated in planting a number of trees near the university lake, in conjunction with the National Afforestation Day activities, emphasizing the importance of environmental sustainability and enhancing green spaces on campus.
