The central committee supervising the University Day celebration held its second meeting under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, to follow up on the preparations and for this annual event.

The meeting discussed the celebration program and the proposed paragraphs, in addition to setting Sunday, April 13, 2025 as the official date for the event. The university president stressed the need to highlight the academic and scientific achievements of the university, and to organize the celebration in a manner befitting its prestigious status.
