In the context of joint cooperation between the University of Mosul and state departments, a delegation from the Engineering Advisory Office at the University of Mosul visited Mosul International Airport as part of its supervisory duties on the reconstruction of the airport.

The delegation was headed by Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and included Prof. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jassim, Assistant to the President for Scientific Affairs, and Assistant Professor Amer Yahya al-Jarjis, Director of the Engineering Advisory Office.

The two sides emphasized the importance of cooperation between academic institutions and government departments in the success of strategic projects in Nineveh province, especially the reconstruction of the airport, which represents a vital facade for the province and a promising future for development and connection to the outside world.
