Prof.Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-ibrahimi,the president of the university,met on Thursday, with Council Affairs Department to follow up work progress and review the ongoing statements within department’s tasks, with the attendance assistant prof. Dr.Rafal Hasan Hamed, the assistant of the president for administrative and finical affairs and Dr. Omer Juma’a, the director of Department of Council Affairs.
The meeting gathered the officials of and divisions and units affiliated to the department, they discussed many related topics related to performance development, emphasizing the importance of enhancing the service initiatives, expanding green spaces at the campus in addition to preparing future work plans.

Also, the meeting emphasized the readiness of civil defense system and deal quickly with emergences, witch guarantee an integrated safe university environment.

This meeting is part of series of periodic meetings held by the presidency of the university to raise the competency of administrative and service performance and enhancing the university work environment.
