In response to what was reported by some media outlet about entering the University of Mosul under the right flag and questioning its scientific research integrity
On Tuesday,8 July,2025, Prof. Dr.Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, met with its researchers.
During the meeting, the most important challenges face the University of Mosul scientifically and in research were discussed in a time the University registers a distinguish presence in the international classifications and institutional and programmatic accreditation.
Also, the need to respond firmly and professionally to the most important reasons of this attack, give irrefutable evidence of the university’s efforts and its distinguish scientific research role since its establishments in 1st of April, 1967.
