On Monday, July 14, 2025, the Central Postal Division at the Presidency of the University of Mosul held a workshop on transformation and automation in the division’s work system.

In line with the directives of the Council of Ministers , the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the directives of Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, the need for electronic transformation in the work systems of colleges, centers and divisions and the automation of their information.

Mr. Suleiman Nabil Ghanem, head of the division, conducted the workshop in the presence of its members and members of units and divisions in colleges and research centers.

It aimed to introduce the most important mechanisms of its work and its most important units, and the latest technologies used in the archiving of incoming and outgoing books and affiliates’ job requirements in a way that ensures shortening time and speed of achievement.

Also, to find solutions for problems that face the work in this transformation whether it was a technical, administrative, individuals, organizational, and the most important proposals in the importance of developing the work environment, qualifying and training workers, as well as developing the technical infrastructure.
