Following the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Supreme Committee of the Federal Service Council Code System has started receiving applicants who hold higher degrees obtained outside Iraq, for the purpose of registering their data.

In this context, the University of Mosul continued on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, to receive applicants in the Professor Farouq Al-Omari Hall at the College of Science, aiming to collect and unify their data before sending it to the Council to complete the procedures for issuing their employment code.

The reception will continue until Tuesday, September 16, 2025. Applicants are required to attend in person and bring the following documents:

Final evaluation decision (original + copy)

Employment code application form

Employment request

Identification documents (original + copy)

Parents’ IDs (original + copy)
