Mosul University participated in a debate titled “University Education is the Cornerstone of Development”.

As part of the second day of the 4th Governmental and Private Education Camp in Nineveh, the University of Mosul took part on Monday, August 18, 2025, in a debate session titled “University Education is the Cornerstone of Development”.”

The university was represented by Professor Dr. Mafaz Mohsen Al-Anzi, Director of the Media and Government Communication Department at the Presidency of the University.

The debate addressed the scientific dimensions of the educational process and its impact on preparing students and qualifying them for the labor market by developing curricula and study programs in line with the latest technologies and sustainability requirements. It also highlighted the importance of encouraging young talents toward innovative projects that serve society and contribute to advancing national development.

The session witnessed the participation of several universities and schools in Nineveh, engaging in a dialogue aimed at exchanging ideas and visions and transforming them into tangible realities that reinforce the role of university education as a key driver of development and national progress.
