In the 72nd Anniversary of the world announcement of human rights, the Higher Commission for Human Rights – Nineveh, held the annual festival at the Scientific and Literary Club of the University on Sunday December 13, 2020. The event, to which Rector Kossay Alahmady, chief civil and security officials, civil society figures and other invitees attended, is to commemorate the human rights day on December 10th, on which the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted the manifesto on 1948.
