In the line of scientific and academic cooperation, the which Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research encourages, University of Mosul, represented by Rector Kossay Alahmady and other officials, signed an accord with University of Al-Hamdaniyah in the Scientific and Literary Club of the University, on December 29, 2020.The accord, which aims to extend scientific and academic cooperation between the two universities, included conducting joint projects in the field of scientific research, exchanging visiting scholars, organizing joint conferences and workshops, and organizing joint tests.After signing, the visiting delegation headed by Rector of University of Al-Hamdaniyah, Prof. Dr. Aqeel Al-Araji, and his Assistants for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, besides other officials, paid visits to the reconstruction site of the Central Library of the University, the Students Center, the Direct Book Sale Corner, and to the Book Fair, which the University organizes, in cooperation with local and regional publishers.
