On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, approved the new electronic badge and vehicle entry card issuance system for the new academic year.

The system involves uploading the personal data of employees, faculty members, and graduate students to a designated electronic platform, where the data will be processed, and the badges and cards will be printed in an organized and accurate manner.

The system was designed by the Electronic Computing Center in collaboration with the Follow-up Department / Badge Division at the university’s presidency, ensuring the easy and efficient electronic management and tracking of requests, as well as organizing vehicle entry into the campus according to a modern mechanism that reflects the university’s shift towards digital transformation and smart management.
