On Saturday, September 13, 2025, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, held a meeting with the university’s carpentry workshop, attended by the Assistant President of the University for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hassan Hamed, along with a number of related department directors.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the preparations for the University Council Hall and the requirements for completing the works at the new presidency site. The meeting was followed by a field tour, during which the President reviewed the progress rates, stressing the need to intensify efforts and accelerate the pace of work.

This field follow-up comes within the framework of the university presidency’s keenness to move forward with its developmental projects and to provide modern infrastructure that meets the requirements of academic and administrative advancement.
