The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research expressed its high appreciation for the efforts of prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi, the President of Mosul University, by a formal letter of thanks and appreciation sent by Prof. Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Abed, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Administrative Affairs.
This honor is a result of the ongoing efforts made by Dr. Al-Ibrahimi to advance the University of Mosul and elevate its scientific and research role, as well as the university’s active presence in reinforcing principles of academic rigor in the educational process.
The ministry emphasized that the achievements of the University of Mosul under his leadership represent a significant contribution to the development of higher education in Iraq, enhancing the university’s standing among prestigious universities with high reputations both locally and regionally.
