Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, attended on Saturday, October 4, 2025, by invitation from the President of Al-Hadbaa University, the inauguration ceremony of the university’s new lecture halls. The event coincided with Al-Hadbaa University’s 31st anniversary and the Iraqi National Day celebrations.
