Mosul University Participates in DAAD Conference in Tunisia

With continuous support from Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Abdul Rahim Ibrahim Jasim, the Assistant of the President for Scientific Affairs, the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations / German Section had a distinguished presence at the closing conference of the Ta’ziz Partnership project, organized by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Tunisia from October 6 to 8, 2025, under the title:
“Achievements, Lessons Learned, and Future Perspectives.”
The Ta’ziz Partnership project is one of DAAD’s prominent initiatives aimed at enhancing academic collaboration and capacity building between German and Arab universities. It focuses on joint projects that contribute to the development of higher education, cultural exchange, and expanding intercultural learning horizons.
The University of Mosul’s participation in this international event represents an important step towards enhancing its academic presence at both regional and international levels. It underscores the university’s leadership role in building bridges of scientific and cultural cooperation between Iraq, Germany, and the region.
