Under the patronage and guidance of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, a delegation from the College of Education of Humanities Sciences participated in 4th International Scientific Conference of the Nineveh Academic Chair, held at the University of Salamanca, Spain, from October 6 to 8, 2025.

The delegation included the Dean of the College Professor Dr. Saad Ramadan Mohammed Al-Jubouri, alongside researchers from the Department of Syriac Language, Professor Dr. Atlal Salem Hanna and Professor Dr. Amer Abdullah Al-Jumaili. During the conference, they presented scientific research covering historical, linguistic, and cultural topics within the specialization of the Assyrian Academic Chair.

The Dean of the College discussed with conference organizers in Salamanca University the potential for scientific cooperation prospects between the two universities. He emphasized on the importance of these participations in developing the skills of researchers and engaging with other international academic programs. This engagement enhances the University of Mosul’s presence in global scientific forums and exemplifies its leading role in supporting scientific research and knowledge exchange.
