Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of Mosul University, honored Assistant Professor Dr. Basma Ahmed Abdul Hadi Salem from the College of Science, in the presence of the College Dean, Dr. Hiam Adel Ibrahim, in recognition of her outstanding research achievements that have contributed to enhancing the university’s scientific standing.

Dr. Basma has published ten scientific papers, nine of which are indexed in Scopus and Clarivate, with one in Scopus only. All of her publications have appeared in reputable international publishers such as Elsevier, MDPI, Taylor & Francis, and TÜBİTAK. Her work reflects a high academic level that supports Mosul University’s competitiveness in local and international research rankings.
