On Monday, November 3, 2025, Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of Mosul University, visited Al-Hamdaniya University, where he was welcomed by Dr. Nashat Mubarak Slewa, President of Al-Hamdaniya University, in the presence of Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jasim, the Assistant of the President for Scientific Affairs, and several deans and officials.

During the meeting, both parties discussed the prospects for scientific and academic cooperation between the two universities in areas such as research, knowledge exchange, and administrative development. They also explored ways to organize joint programs and events that serve students and strengthen integration between the two academic institutions.

This visit reflects Mosul University’s commitment to expanding its network of scientific and academic relations with Iraqi universities, supporting the advancement of higher education and reinforcing the approach of institutional partnership and cooperation.
