President of Mosul University Meets with Staff and Students as Part of the Weekly Interviews Program to Address Their Requests and Concerns

As part of Mosul University’s regular practice to strengthen direct communication with staff and students, Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of Mosul University, met on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, with a number of employees and students from various university departments, as part of the weekly interviews program.

During the meeting, the university president listened to the staff’s requests, concerns, and suggestions, emphasizing his commitment to addressing the obstacles they face and providing a stimulating work and study environment. He directed the concerned departments to expedite the resolution of the issues raised, in accordance with the applicable regulations and in a way that serves the university’s interests and its staff.

The interviews were attended by Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jasim, the Assistant of the President for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hasan Hamed, the Assistant of the President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Obaid, Head of the Citizen Affairs Department, and Assistant Professor Dr. Basil Khalaf Hamoud, President of the University Academic Union – Nineveh Branch.

This initiative reflects the university’s approach to administrative openness, promoting a culture of listening and proactive problem-solving, and reinforcing the values of transparency and institutional responsibility within the university’s work environment.
