On November 20, 2025, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of Mosul University, along with Professor Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jasim, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, and Dr. Omar Qusay Jasim, Director of the Department of Science and Technology Gardens at the University Presidency, participated in the Job Fair held in Mosul. The event aimed at enhancing employment opportunities for youth and graduates in Nineveh Governorate.

During the visit, the President of the University agreed with the event organizers to allocate 50% of the available job positions to Mosul University graduates, reflecting the university’s commitment to empowering its graduates and supporting their professional journey.

The fair offers training programs on resume preparation, job search strategies, interview skills, as well as communication and time management skills. The event features 50 companies from various sectors, sponsored by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and organized by Raunga Foundation for Development and the Dijla Agricultural Association.
