On Sunday, November 23, 2025, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of Mosul University, chaired a regular meeting with the department heads of the University Presidency, attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hasan Hamed, the Administrative Assistant to the President of the University.

The meeting was held as part of the ongoing follow-up on the administrative and service operations within the university’s presidency. During the meeting, the President reviewed the latest developments and ongoing actions, discussed a series of proposals and challenges faced by the departments, and emphasized the importance of taking practical steps to enhance service quality and improve performance efficiency. He stressed the need for adherence to procedural efficiency, the accuracy of processes, and strengthening coordination between departments. Additionally, the follow-up on operational plans and performance achievement mechanisms was highlighted to ensure institutional integration and support the university’s goals for improving administrative and service performance.

This meeting is part of a series of regular meetings aimed at developing the work environment and ensuring the effectiveness of procedures within the University Presidency of Mosul.
