On Sunday, November 23, 2025, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of Mosul University, accompanied by Professor Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jasim, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, visited the ongoing reconstruction work at the building designated for the Forensic Science Department at the College of Science. They were received by Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel, Dean of the College.

During the visit, the President emphasized the importance of completing the construction work according to the approved specifications and precise academic requirements. This includes specialized classrooms and modern laboratories that align with the nature of the department and meet the needs of students and academic curricula. He also stressed the need to adhere to the designated timelines to ensure the building is ready to welcome students and continue the academic lectures without delay.

At the end of the visit, the Dean expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the university leadership for its continuous support and ongoing follow-up on the reconstruction projects, affirming that this attention directly contributes to enhancing the educational and research environment at the college and the university.
