On Monday, November 24, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hasan Hamed, the Administrative Assistant to the President of Mosul University, held a meeting with the supervisory staff (morning, evening, and night shifts) at the student dormitory complexes. The meeting was attended by Mr. Bassam Kareem Zidan, Director General of Dormitories at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Directorate, and Assistant Professor Dr. Haitham Hashem Al-Khafaf, Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department at Mosul University.

The meeting focused on discussing the administrative and service operations within the dormitory complexes, reviewing the daily monitoring details, and examining how to provide a safe and suitable residential environment for the students. Dr. Hamed provided several guidelines aimed at improving supervisory efficiency and enhancing the quality of services offered, ensuring the creation of a stable campus environment that supports the students’ academic journey.

This meeting is part of Mosul University’s commitment to continuously monitoring the conditions of the dormitories and addressing the challenges faced by the staff working there, through development plans aimed at improving service quality, meeting students’ needs, and strengthening their academic and living stability.
