In alignment with the environmental role embraced by the University of Mosul Presidency, and within the framework of the Ghiras Al-Rahma initiative, implemented by the Agricultural Unit in the Department of Diwan Affairs in cooperation with the Department of Media and Government Communication, the College of Law witnessed an extensive tree planting campaign. The initiative involved planting various types of trees and ornamental plants in the gardens facing the College of Nursing and the University Presidency Building, with the participation of the college staff, students, and members of the Media and Communication Unit.

This initiative is a continuation of the voluntary efforts aimed at raising environmental awareness within the university, fostering a sense of initiative and responsibility toward green spaces, and caring for them to reduce the effects of environmental pollution and its negative impacts. The campaign also reflects the university’s commitment to its directives to solidify the concept of sustainability, creating a healthy and dynamic university environment that enhances the climate for learning and creativity.
