On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hasan Hamed, the Assistant of the President for Administrative Affairs at the University of Mosul, inaugurated the newly renovated library of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Jassem Fathi Ali, and several staff members of the college. This opening is part of the university’s efforts to support the educational and research processes and to enhance the knowledge infrastructure in line with the requirements of modern university education.

The library aims to provide students and faculty members with up-to-date scientific resources, references, and classifications in pure sciences, ensuring effective integration between the curriculum and the supporting information. It provides an educational environment that encourages a thriving academic journey, benefiting both the university and the community. Dr. Rafal Hasan Hamed emphasized the vital role of university libraries in enhancing scientific culture and encouraging research and knowledge, while also stressing the university’s continuous support for developing academic services. The Dean of the College praised this achievement, highlighting the collaborative efforts between the university administration and the colleges in providing a strong and stimulating educational environment for students.
