In line with the directives of Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, emphasizing that the university should be an active and influential knowledge hub in its community, the College of Agriculture and Forestry organized a specialized workshop on “Persuasion Skills in Agricultural Extension”.

The workshop aims to translate the university’s mission of bridging the gap between scientific research and field reality. It focused on equipping agricultural extension workers with modern communication tools and empowering them with persuasion skills necessary to encourage farmers to move away from traditional practices and adopt sustainable agricultural techniques.

The workshop, which witnessed notable attendance from faculty members and students of the college, reflected the University of Mosul’s commitment to providing the agricultural sector with qualified personnel capable of leading the shift towards a comprehensive agricultural renaissance.
