On Saturday, February 14, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, received an academic delegation from Malaysia, including Dr. Zurida Ismail and Dr. Marwan Saleh, to discuss scientific and technical collaboration prospects.

During the meeting, the focus was placed on information systems, sustainable digital transformation, activating visiting professor programs, and enhancing joint scientific research to serve the future of universities and students.

The university president emphasized his commitment to opening doors to global universities to bring in advanced international expertise and serve the progress of education and scientific research in Iraq.

For their part, the visiting delegation expressed their admiration for the scientific developments and modern infrastructure at the University of Mosul, expressing their desire for a fruitful partnership based on knowledge exchange and technological innovation.
