Professor. Dr. Amin Luqman Al-Habbar, Assistant Dean of the College of Education for Humanities for Administrative Affairs, participated in a training workshop that included delivering a scientific lecture on the Arabic language. The workshop was organized by the Presidency of the Nineveh Court of Appeal for judges and public prosecutors, in coordination with the universities of the appellate region.

The lecture addressed the importance of proper Arabic language usage in official correspondence and legal drafting, as well as its role in enhancing professional accuracy within judicial institutions. This participation comes within the framework of the University of Mosul’s efforts to strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise with state institutions.
